Bicycle Century Training was set up in early 2008 with the aim of helping people to train and prepare to ride centuries (100 mile rides) to the best of their ability.

As well as offering a full in depth century training plan, our blog offers tips, tutorials and advice related to endurance cycling, and in particular century riding. In addition I’ve recently started to add independent product reviews of some of the kit I personally use.
